Company or individual nominees must be affiliated with the healthcare sector including hospitals, health systems, providers, payers, associations, government agencies, vendors, supplier organizations and patient advocacy groups. Descriptions of each specific category can be found under the Categories & Criteria.

Yes. You may submit the same nomination to multiple categories or submit multiple nominations to the same category. There is no limit to how many applications your company can submit.

Each entry will be reviewed by the judging panel against the following criteria:  

• Innovation and Impact: The degree of creativity and effectiveness in advancing DEI goals
• Measurable Outcomes: Evidence of tangible improvements in patient care, workforce diversity, or community engagement
• Sustainability and Scalability: The potential for long-term impact and wider application of DEI practices
• Ethical Considerations: Adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements in DEI efforts

You can pay for your entry using a credit card at the time of submission. Submissions must be paid for by the deadline in order to be reviewed by judges.
